Fortune Favors the Bold

Yes, even Steve Jobs gets rejection letters. This letter from Sean “James Bond” Connery to Apple CEO, Steve Jobs is an entertaining reminder that achieving audacious goals requires bold moves - many of which will fail.
VC and entrepreneur Chris Dixon says, “If you aren’t getting rejected on a daily basis, your goals aren’t ambitious enough.”
To put the timeline in context, the letter was written in December of 1998, approximately one year after Jobs returned as ceo of Apple and a few months after the launch of the iMac - one of the must successful computer launches of the time. As it turns out, Jobs was only getting started.
